Meet Paws
Paws is a young mini Poodle who is 3-4 years old, about 12 pounds. Paws, unfortunately, is high-heartworm positive. This means that treatment will take place over 2 months, with crate confinement and very restricted activity while his system is purged of the killed heartworms. After treatment, Paws will come back to good health and his coat will also have grown back in, resulting in a healthy, handsome and happy dog - who deserves a quality adopter and a loving forever home.
