Meet Raven

Raven is a gorgeous spayed female that became a resident of the shelter on 6/24/14 when she was 8-months-old. She is a tabby cat with soft, gray and white fur, complemented by yellow eyes. This lovely gal was surrendered to the shelter as her owner couldn't care for her. Raven can be very friendly, but a bit tentative in new places. She is fairly wary, but she tries to be very brave, and doesn't run to go hide when something scares her. Still, she will need a loving, patient owner that will give her the time to adjust. Once she does, you'll find that Raven is quite sweet and loving; she does like being picked up and held. She enjoys the attention and petting as well, with chin scratches being her favorite. She would do best in a home where she is the only pet, so she can adjust more easily to her new environment. Raven is well-mannered and has the potential to be a great friend in the right forever home; take some time to get to know her on your next visit to the shelter!
