Meet Skimmer
Skimmer was found drowning in a swimming pool skimmer, hence the name. A couple rescued him and asked Helotes Humane Society to find him a home.
Skimmer appears to be apurebred Cairn Terrier, a little guy weighing 8 pounds. He is friendly, well-mannered and enjoys being a family member surrounded by kids. He knows basic commands and even puts himself to bed in his crate at night. He delights in finding his treat every morning in the Kong toy. Skimmer plays easily with his doggy buddies. He enjoys daily walks and is good on the leash. His foster mom has sewn him a blankie that will go with him to his forever home.
