Meet Rio

Rio was running the streets of Tijuana, Mexico -- filthy, matted and hungry -- when a local rescue group took him into their care. Who knew that a lovely, white bichon with beautiful black eyes was waiting to emerge! Sweet and small -- only 12 lbs. -- this youngster of about 2 years of age will walk right into your home and immediately into your heart. He is very mellow for one so young, and will occupy himself chewing on bones or his toys. But what he really loves to do is snuggle up with his humans and share whatever you are doing ... watching TV, working on the computer or just chilling out. We're still learning about this little guy, who just arrived into our care. He is learning to use a doggy door, and still needs a little work on housebreaking. What we do know is that Rio has much love to give and should be an easy addition to a home ready to receive that love, and return it to Rio 10 times over.
