Smoke German Shepherd Dog Richland, MI

Say hello to Smoke! He's an 8 year old male German Shepherd. Smoke came to us from the local animal shelter; he had been brought in by animal control because his owner had too many dogs and was not caring for them properly. Smoke is the father of Pearl, the light colored dog in with Smoke in the shelter photos, who is also with our rescue now.

Smoke is very friendly and loves everyone he meets. He'll lean up on you to ask for attention and overall, is a very laid back and easy going dog. He is good about not jumping, though he does pull on the leash and could use some training in that department. Smoke has nice food drive and should be very easy to train. He hops right up in the car to go for a ride.

Smoke is from a home with other dogs and gets along well. Meeting new dogs, Smoke mostly just ignores them. He's so gentle and easy going, he would likely fit in well just about anywhere. We know he is great with teenagers but have not had a chance to test him with young kids or cats yet.

Smoke is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $150.
