Meet Mae
Mae is a super model in the dog world -- tall, thin, long-legged and beautiful -- and she knows it! But we let her strut her beauty when she feels like it, because it wasn't too long ago that this youngster was at the Devore Shelter, covered in burrs and stickers with foxtails embedded in her ears, causing her much pain and discomfort. But she's better now, and this 1-year-old female is so happy to run and play and enjoy her youth. Mae weighs about 12 lbs., so is on the smaller side with petite features. But there's nothing small about those gorgeous brown eyes that just make you melt when she fixes them on you. Mae is loving and sweet and good with other dogs and people of all ages, including children. She enjoys playing and snuggling and, as a youngster, has many years to brighten your world with her personality and charm.
