Jack Chihuahua Mix Eau Claire, WI

Hi, my name is Jack and I am a very handsome male Chihuahua mix. I was surrendered to the shelter because I do not do well with young children and would be a much better fit for a quiet household. I am about 4 years old and a little bit timid, but once I have had a few minutes to get to know you better, you will discover that I am also very sweet and that I love to snuggle. I also like to hide under blankets, which is ridiculously cute. I have not had any type of formal obedience training, but I am housebroken and I know sit. I would love to learn more commands if you have time to teach me. I love to spend time with my special humans and I love to learn new things. I can be a bit protective of my treats, so I will need an experienced Chihuahua owner. I am good with other dogs and would love to meet any other canines that you may own. If you do not have other dogs, I would also do great as an only dog - I am kind of an independent loner kind of guy that would love to be your one and only snuggle pooch. Have you noticed that I have a cherry eye? Don't worry; it can be easily taken care of when I am neutered, which will need to be done before I can go home with you.
