Meet Colonel

Though here at the Shelter we think every cat is beautiful, we know the adoption public thinks there is something special about an orange cat. It is certainly a rare color in the animal world and orange is THE color for spring so Colonel will be THE cat to adopt. At 2-3 years young this silly, playful stray is more a kitten than an adult. He is trying hard to convince another orange cat, Martha, she should hang out on the cat tree with him but she is holding out for someone else. Come adopt the IT cat at the shelter.

The Shelter is staffed primarily by volunteers and all visits to the Shelter must be scheduled in advance to insure one of our volunteers is at the shelter to meet you. Our adoption fee for adult cats is $125. Our kitten adoption fee (cats up to 6 months old) is $160 for a single kitten or $260 for a pair. The adoption fee includes the first set of vaccines, dewormer, combo testing and spaying/neutering when old enough.
