Meet Bullwinkle

Boy, I wish i knew what I did to deserve being chained outside the shelter all night. It was cold and rainy and I had no way to keep warm; nothing to eat or drink, until the staff from the shelter came in to open up in the morning. I consider myself a really nice guy. I walk nicely with the people at the shelter and I even sit for treats. I am beautifully colored..they call me brindle and I'm not that old (about 1-2 yrs). I have plenty of years to give to the right family. Is that you??
