Meow! My name is Bella and I am a 1 year old spayed female. My mom was found as a stray and then she had a litter of kittens; my previous owner couldn't keep all of us, so here I am! Let me tell you a little more about myself - I am great with dogs, other cats, and young children, so I would be a wonderful family pet. I am very active and I love, love, love to play and have fun. If you have other pets, children, or both, please consider adopting me......please, please, please! My favorite toys are catnip mice and chirpy bird toys; oh, and ball toys that roll easily across the floor. Sometimes I am a little shy with strangers at first, but it only takes a minute or two for me to warm up to you, and then I will show you how affectionate and sweet I really am. I love to cuddle and spend time in your arms or on your lap. I will even follow you around the house and meow you a song. I sometimes meow softly even when being petted, so if you like talkative cats - here I am!! I am good with the litter box and I know how to use a scratching post. For the most part I am very well behaved, but I have been caught jumping up on the counter, so we will have to work on that a bit. Please ask to see me when you are at the shelter. Here I am!!
