Meet Phil

Phil was brought in as a stray after someone found him in their yard on 9/10/2013. He is very sweet with the cutest brown speckled ears. We don't know if someone filed down his teeth or if he did it to himself chewing on something, but his teeth are not very sharp. He likes to climb, so we have to use caution when he is outside because he will try to climb the fence. Anyone who adopts him should know that if he is left alone outside without a big enough fence he will attempt to escape. Phil is good with some other dogs, mainly females. We recently put him with a female who looks like him, named Skeeter, and so far they are great friends.
