Meet Shamus
Shamus is believed to be between 1 and 2 years old and came to us from a rescuer who also brought us Rona and Meredith. Though he has definitely had a home in the past, it may have not been a quality home with lots of love and holding. Shamus will need a person or family that understands he will need a few weeks to settle in and feel he can trust again. He will blossom with good food, a cozy bed and a family of his own.

The Shelter is staffed primarily by volunteers and all visits to the Shelter must be scheduled in advance to insure one of our volunteers is at the shelter to meet you. Our adoption fee for adult cats is $125. Our kitten adoption fee (cats up to 6 months old) is $160 for a single kitten or $260 for a pair. The adoption fee includes the first set of vaccines, dewormer, combo testing and spaying/neutering when old enough.
