Meet Paisley

Paisley (formally known as Tommy) is a 3 yr old (40 lb) yellow lab that was abandoned in a yard in SC. He was emaciated, dehydrated and infested with parasites, including heartworms. He was treated for the heartworms and came to NY last spring. Paisley was adopted in May 2014 but was just returned to the rescue because his family could no longer keep him. He has been displaced far too many times and it is truly heartbreaking to see. Paisley is a sweet and sensitive guy so all of this bouncing around is really tough on him. He really needs a true forever home where he can finally be part of a family for the rest of his life. Paisley is good with other dogs and he has lived with a cat but he does tend to want to chase them.
