Meet Silver*URGENT*
UPDATE4/9/14: Silver went into foster care today. Please call 352-339-3352 for more information if you are interested in adopting him.
UPDATE 3/21/14: **URGENT NEED** Silver has been living in a small cage for months now. We have no place for him and desperately need to place him in a temporary foster home. Please contact us if you are interested in helping this gorgeous guy. Or if you are wanting to adopt but would like a trial period in you home to get to know Silver, please contact us. 352-339-3352.
Silver is a young 2 year old Maine Coon Cat. He is a an active boy who loves to explore. Silver would do great as an only cat, as an indoor cat, or an indoor/outdoor cat in a safe area. He is very outgoing. Very sweet and affectionate. He loves sitting on laps and loves being brushed. Silver also loves to play. All of this and he is gorgeous too! Silver has a beautiful gray and silver coat with a white undercoat and white markings on his feet. Silver is currently being boarded at the vet office because his previous owner cannot keep him. His previous owner has provided all of his medical records including a full blood panel to prove that he is healthy.
Please consider adopting Silver and making him your forever buddy! He desperately wants to get out of his cage and have the freedom to run and play again.
If you are interested in adopting Silver or any of our available pets, please call Robin, our adoption coordination at 352-339-3352 for more information or e-mail spcagainesville@hotmail.com.
We have many cats and kittens available for adoption throughout the year. Our kittens are in foster homes during the week where they receive the love and attention they need to grow and thrive.
You can e-mail us at spcagainesville@hotmail.com for an adoption application or call our adoption coordinator, Robin, at 352-339-3352 for more information about our adoption process and our adoptable animals.
All of our cats and kittens have been leukemia tested, vet checked, vaccinated, dewormed, treated for fleas with advantage, spayed or neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. They also receive any other necessary treatment while in our program such as treatment for ear mites, respiratory infections, etc. Our adoption fee is $100 to help cover a portion of the medical and care costs.
