Meet Mae

Hi there! My name is Mae. I'm a shy girl, but I'm super sweet and very gentle. I am about 1 year old. I heard someone call my sister, Daisy, and I "the All American Dog" - that sounded pretty nice! I am the typical hound dog you hear about in a country song. I enjoy laying on the porch by your feet. I am an outside dog, but I think I could learn fast how to be inside with my family. I hear laying by a fireplace is just as nice as laying in the sun. I enjoy playing with my sister, but we are not particularly active. Just enjoy sun bathing or laying in the cool shade. I am still very shy and just need a forever family to show me some love and patience while I learn to trust.
