Meet Francis, she is a beautiful sweet girl that has not been living the best life. She came into the shelter today (01/09/2014) severely malnourished and a dangling right rear leg. She is affectionate and friendly. Francis is now at the vet. We could not leave her laying in the shelter in what looked like severe pain. After having her rear leg and pelvis area X-Rayed we have learned that Francis has a broken femur(clean break that has begun to heal) and 3 fractures in her pelvis.
