Zeus Pit Bull Terrier & American Bulldog Mix Albany, NY

Zeus is a 4-5 yr old bully mix rescued from a tent city in SC. Zeus was tethered to a pile of garbage and abandoned on one of the coldest days. Zeus tested positive for heartworms and had to go through treatment before coming to NY.
Here is what Zeus wants you to know about him: I am house broken. I am crate trained. I have good food and toy manners. I am working on my basic obedience (the lady discovered that hand gestures and words work better for me). I don't mind sharing my humans with other dogs but boy-o-boy do I love to be with my humans. The lady that I'm staying with is pretty cool and she says that I'm becoming a bit of a Velcro dog following her from room to room and watching everything she does. She makes me go in my crate when she leaves the house, but she lets me sleep on my own bed at night in her room with my foster sister on her own bed too. The lady has a strict rule about no dogs in or on the beds, actually she said "don't even think about getting on that bed" when I was just looking at it, but she makes up with it by giving us really comfortable beds of our own.

I'm pretty laid back but I do LOVE to go for walks (I do a happy dance when I see my collar and leash) and play for a little while with a rope or a ball. I think squeaky balls and giggle balls are pretty much the bee's knees.
