Meet Sable

Sable is a funny bunny who made fast friends with an entire neighborhood when she was hopping around out on her own. As winter neared they occasionally fed her, and noticed that she was very comfortable around people.

When she was eventually captured and brought inside a home, once again her comfort and good manners were apparent. Sable was especially fond of the wooden blocks in her hutch - both as playtoys, and for gnawing. "Surely this must be a lost family pet!" was the consensus among the neighbors. But nobody in the area recognized her, she wasn't reported as lost at Muni Animal Control, and she was not microchipped.

Sable is now microchipped, spayed, and ready for adoption! She is exceptionally friendly and deserves a home where she will receive daily care and lots of attention -- this is not a bunny to put in a hutch in the back yard. In return for a good home and family, Sable promises to be a wonderful loving companion.
