ADOPTED ON 07-12-14 - Our German shepherd rescue is proud introduce our newest graduate available for adoption, the proud and beautiful Miss Chloe'. Our girl is a German shepherd female, sugar white coat, 2 years of age, 60 pounds and in total control as matriarch of the kennel. Watching miss Chloe' develop from a frightened and lost dog into this proud and self assured lady has been a journey that has blessed all of our rescue members. Chloe' does not walk she prances, she does not run she flows like the wind, she does not dominate she allows the other dogs to understand her superior presence and above all else she refuses to be unhappy. This young lady comes with the complete German shepherd kit of hard wired attributes, gentle, warm, loving, devoted, fiercely loyal, and extremely intelligent and a strong but highly refined protective instinct.

Miss Chloe' is great with adults and children but as with most shepherds she comes to you not the other way around. Our girl is also great with other dogs as long as they do not try to dominate her, should said event occur she will inform the other dog that heart out ranks size. Of course Chloe' has passed all of our socialization and training programs leaving her a capable family as well as accomplished on the leash, full understanding of her basic commands and of course total acceptance of house manners.

These dogs deserve all of our attention, and in Rescue Dog Village, we are committed to our adopters and our dogs equally. We offer full disclosure and hope to make the best matches possible. Please know our adoption fees never cover our expenses. We rely on the generosity of our adopters and supporters to help us help the dogs.

Our rescue is ONLY in the business of offering FULL DISCLOSURE to adopters, and expects and hopes to engage your questions and concerns fully. We owe it to the dogs we rescue and all the wonderful families/adopters who might consider welcoming our charges into their hearts and home. Our dogs are waiting for that ideal forever home where they will be cherished as deserving family members. It's sad these second chances are even necessary for these dogs, but we are committed to them and will devote the time and energy to their re-homing, and not just MOVE them to save more dogs. We diligently and responsibly seek good matches as we don't want to re-home the dog again. These animals have already endured more than they should have, and through no fault of their own. It behooves us to be honest and forthright, and we appreciate the same in return from applicants. It's that winning combination of reciprocal trust and respect that allows for successful placements to be made. Happy adopters translate to happy dogs, and that's our goal!

If you have never owned a dog before, please submit your application regardless, and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
