Arrival story: Darla was found to be listed on Craigslist, which can be hazardous to a puppy’s health. A good Samaritan got her to safety and she came to Waggin’ Tails to find a great forever home!

Approximate age / Weight: 3 months and 19lbs.

Personality: Our little Darla is quite a gem! She can be a little shy when you first meet her but once she gets to know you she will be your best friend. She is learning that chasing the cat isn’t nice and working on her potty training skills. She is content in her crate and will sleep throughout the night in it. Darla is a super smart girl having already learned to sit on command, fetch and retrieve! She has a natural puppy tendency to explore and play and would enjoy being a lap dog.

Forever home: Young pups like Darla can thrive in many situations. She will need a family willing to put in the time and energy, utilizing positive training techniques, to ensure she grows up to be the excellent, well-mannered companion she was meant to be.
