Ranger**ABSOLUTELY THE BEST DOG EVER!! Border Collie & Labrador Retriever Mix Cookeville, TN

ARE YOU OK WITH A 43 LB LAP DOG? Hehe, Ranger thinks he is one. He is so sweet and loves to be with you even if its on your lap :) Ranger is an owner surrender due to no fault of his own. One of his humans had passed away, and sadly the other human could no longer care for poor Ranger. He is 5 1/2 years old and only weighs 43 lbs, and is totally housebroke and LOVES to be loved. He loves his belly rubs and he is good on a leash and also riding in a car. He is great with other dogs and has been around' a 3 year old. He is good left in the house alone and is totally housebroke. Dont let those sad eyes in that first photo fool you, he is not sad and in fact, is a very happy happy boy. That photo was taken when he first came in, and the other 2 were taken just yesterday 1/20/14. I just cant get him to look at the camera for good pics but i keep trying everyday til i get that great pic of him :) He LOVESSSSS to play with toys and chase a ball and he is basically just happy to do what ever it is your doing, whether going for a walk or hike, or being a couch potato :) He is VERY adaptable to new people AND places.He could just sit for HOURS and HOURS as long as your petting him, he just LOVES to be loved :) He also sits nicely for a treat, and he also sits next to us while we eat and he doesn't jump on you. He waits nicely for his turn. And YES we are bad to give a lil sumn sumn that we eat, to our dogs, as log as its healthy and wont hurt them. He also likes to chill on the couch, or your bed just to be where ever you are :) He is NOT an obnoxious hyper dog. EXTREMELY loyal.
