Meet Wembley

Meet Wembley! He was brought to the Randolph Animal Hospital after being hit by a car and left for dead. The amazing vets there did an awesome job and he has no signs of residual injury. He can and does run like the wind and would seriously make an awesome running partner or hiking buddy. With that said, he has stamina, but is not a hyper dog. He typically enjoys a nice long nap after walking along the beach, pond or a park. Wembley is great with other dogs at play. He’s interacted with small and big dogs and acts appropriately.

Wembley is a smart boy and knows basic commands and working on learning “leave it.” He’s worked with our fantastic trainer, John Gagnon, for some resource guarding issues. His assessment is that Wembley is a great dog and with positive reinforcement and firm commands he will gladly drop whats in his mouth.

Because of Wembleys past he really needs a home with structure & consistency. This sweet boy needs someone to show him he’s loved! Wembley definitely needs a home where he can be exercised daily, he would do well with someone who worked from home or even had another dog.
