Jenny Border Terrier & Jack Russell Terrier Mix Phoenix, AZ

Jenny is a really loving, sweet, adorable girl! She is about 30 lbs, and around a year old. She is great on a leash and loves her walks! She has plenty of energy for hiking and playing. Jenny likes small dogs, but not large dogs. She has not been around children or cats, but likely would be fine with them. Jenny was picked up as a stray and ended up in the county shelter, where she came down with kennel cough and was scheduled to be euthanized. On Christmas Eve we went down to save her, but a family actually came in and adopted her while we were there. Unfortunately they must not have followed up with her antibiotics because they returned her to the shelter and to certain death just one week later because she was still sick. Luckily one of the shelter volunteers remembered that we were going to take her before and let us know she had been returned. All she needed was a little tlc and antibiotics to be good as new! Jenny is crate-trained, house-trained, spayed and up-to-date on vaccinations. She is ready to be your best friend! Her adoption fee is $150. AZ Prussian Snailhound Dog Rescue would like to remind everyone that puppies are a big commitment and require a lot of attention. Puppies often exhibit undesirable behaviors such as chewing and digging. Of course they also are a lot of fun and are very lovable too. When choosing a puppy please consider how much time you will be able to spend training and socializing your new puppy.
