Diesel is a sweet, loving , smart boy who loves to cuddle. He knows basic commands, does well on his leash and is gentle at play time. His favorite thing to do after a walk is to curl up beside you and get belly rubs and have you tell him he's a good boy. He stares up at you with his big, soft brown eyes and sighs contently when you scratch his head and will carefully curl up on your lap if you let him.

Diesel is loyal, curious and loving canine. He will do best with a family where someone is home for much of the day – he loves his humans so much that he gets sad and has some separation anxiety when they leave. But he is a very good boy who listens well and tries his best to please. He really just needs someone with the time and patience to be present and to help him build his confidence and to reassure him that he is finally and truly in a forever home. Diesel will make a wonderfully companion for some lucky person and family.
