Hi there. I'm Cooper, an adorable 6-yr-old, neutered, male cairn terrier. I am sort of a small boy weighing about 14.5 pounds. I've had a long journey, all the way from South Carolina to Maryland. I made a stop in between in North Carolina and lived for a time with a wonderful woman who loved me very much. She would have kept me, but I was not able to get along with her cats. However, I got along very well with her dogs and loved playing with them. I love all people and have gotten along with every dog I have met. Right now I am living in a foster home in Maryland with 4 other cairn terriers. I love having them for company.

I am playful and fun-loving. I am affectionate, but not always a lap dog. My favorite game is chasing my tennis ball. I love toys and am pretty gentle with them. I do well in the car and like to go for rides. I think children are pretty cool as long they are over the age of 8. Why not check me out?
