Benjamin (grey tabby-5 years) and Franklin (orange tabby-6 years) are best buddies who have been together since they were kittens. They are very friendly, outgoing and love being with people. They are equally responsive to adults and children and come running to greet you at the door when you come home. Both cats are playful, inquisitive and curious. They enjoy their cat toys, cat tower, looking out the window and especially getting brushed and petted. They have wonderful dispositions and will happily follow you around to check out whatever is going on in the house. Franklin is quite protective of Benjamin and will often groom him, sharing his food and toys. Benjamin also looks to Franklin for guidance in pursuing any new adventures. Because they are such an inseparable pair, they must be adopted together. Benjamin is feline diabetic and only a few months after getting a correct diagnosis, is well regulated with 2 units of Levemir twice a day, which he accepts with gentle calmness, waiting for his treat. Both cats have perfect litter box habits and are good eaters, recently had exams and were found to be in good overall health. They love snuggling up together and sleeping with their people at night. Unfortunately, because one of the family members is very allergic to cats, they are now isolated in a separate part of the house and really miss the human companionship they once had and still crave.
