Hello, my name is Oggie, and I'm a sweet, beautiful, graceful older dame at 8 years old. As a lovely yellow Labrador, I have a pretty coat. I’m very happy and easygoing. I have a strong spirit that saw me through a successful recovery from cancer! I have moved on from that trial, and I am ready to spend my life with my forever family!

I love to be outdoors with my people! My favorite activity is going for a walk!! If you don't mind taking me out for a nice walk, I will wildly wag my tail until we are ready and set to go, go, go! I am very good walking off leash. I also enjoy going for car rides and swimming when the weather is nice! And I have fun playing with my stuffed animals, as long as they don't have the silly squeaker in them.

I get along with other dogs, but would love to be in a home as a solo canine so that I can get all the love and affection you have to give me. I have been told I am one of the sweetest girls you might ever meet! Of course, I say, us older gals are full of sweetness and good manners. I listen very well, and know how to sit and shake a paw!! I am a very well behaved dog and love everyone that I meet! I will be overjoyed to meet you at the door every day with a happy dance when you get home!

I am house trained, crate trained, spayed and fully vaccinated. I will gladly hang out with you on a comfortable pet bed or the couch while you read or watch TV.
