3/7/13:Penny is still waiting for her furever home. Holidays have come and gone and a foster home is nice, but it's definitely not the same as having a family and home to call her own. 10/28/13: Penelope Pit Stop is an independent kitten up for exploration and playing. She loves adventure and the other cats of the house. When the day is over, cuddle time is tolerated. These babies have been with our rescue for over a month and they have had some ups and downs along the way. They were brought in to a local veterinary clinic to be euthanized when they were taken from an animal hoarder who was ordered never to have pets again just a year ago. Two other unrelated kittens were also taken from the premises but they were too far gone for us to be able to help and they had to be humanely euthanized. These little darlings love people and want nothing more than a safe and secure home to call their own. They have been examined, vaccinated, felv tested negative and will be altered soon. An adoption donation of $85 is being asked to cover a portion of their veterinary expenses.Please copy and paste a completed adoption application from our homepage with your inquiry if you would like a response back. We get dozens of emails and phone calls each day with only an hour of "free time" to volunteer and answer them around our full-time jobs and family life...don't let your inquiry get passed by because of an incomplete application.
