Meet JOLT (Shy, but sweet!)
Jolt has been in my care just a short while, but I can see she has a unique personality just waiting to break out. She's been in a couple foster homes already and at the last one her cat mates were starting to bully her so she went hiding in her shell. She does enjoy the company and does feels comfortable with my foster cats that I have here. They are all pretty mellow except for one very playful one. She doesn't even mind the dogs coming in to visit her in the kitty kat room she shares with the 3 others and also visits from a 8 month old kitten and a rambunctious 9 week old kitten. She's not sure what to make of him but I can tell she likes him and he's helping push her more into her comfort zone.
Jolt is a pretty good size. It's hard to tell from her profile picture here. But if you take a glance at the others, you'll see quite a difference. And although she's on the shy side, you'll also see that she certainly knows how to work the pole. I'm thinking she can't be that shy then! I don't think she'll ever be a cat that is demanding of attention though.
I believe the purrfect home for Jolt would be in a nice quiet family setting, with of course other cool cats she can bond with. Perhaps even one with a kitten that she can nurture and never have to worry in feeling intimidated by.
