My Story:
Meet Manny,
Manny shared his life in a quiet home with an elderly woman who loved him very much.Unfortunately she had to move into an assisted living facility and Manny could not go with her.
Manny loves to cuddle, loves belly rubs and loves to play once he trusts you.
Manny has some trust issue that will need firm but gentel handling.
Manny knows his basic commands: sit, stay and come.
Manny has had no potty accidents in his foster home,
but it may take time at your house for him to fully adjust.

Manny is still is eager to rush out the door; so he will need an adult that will give extra patience and care while opening a door.Manny walks on a harness and leash. Manny is still working on the “heel” command, but so far it isn’t a complete success. Manny is young and playful, but not destructive. He is past the age of chewing on everything, but still has some puppy energy.Manny loves to sit on or next to you for you to pet his soft fur.

Manny can be a bit stuborn, so he will need a confident human leader.

Manny enjoys the company of other small dogs as long as they do not challenge him as alpha dog.

Potty training is 100 % success in his foster home. Currently he is on an every 3-4 hour “out” schedule during the day.During the night he sleeps in the bed with his foster human. The bedroom door is closed. He can go through the night without an accident, and loves to snuggle next to you.
* Manny may need time to adjust to a new home and routine to be 100% potty trained in a new situation.

My Ideal Home:
Manny is looking for love, security, and fun. Manny would love a home with another young passive small dog to play with. Manny would love to be in a home where his people are home most of the time. .Manny does not need a fenced yard as long as he is walked often.
If the yard is fenced in, Manny does require a 6 foot wooden fence to contain security of his well being. If you think you can give Manny the life he so desires, please fill out our adoption application.

UPDATE : Jan. 2014
Manny has shown some issue's with small animals, ie: cats and bunnies.
Manny also does not care for bigger dogs or Alpha attitude dogs.
Manny will enjoy the company of a dog his size if that dog is not challenging to Manny.
