Meet Foster Phil

Phil is very good on leash loves car rides, does great at the dog park he is very social with other dogs and he gets a along with cats, he is a very playful loves balls and playing with the Frisbee.
Phil is still a little shy more so with males than females but his foster daddy is working on that with him, once he warms up to you Phil is a lover, this boy will make a great addition to some lucky family.
