Bebe "My previous owner tried to kill me" Tabby & Domestic Short Hair Mix Farmington, MN

Bebe is an adorable brown classic tabby, 1 year old cat, that came from a rural town in MN. Like any young feline, she is curious and playful and will undoubtedly get into trouble. One day she did something to anger her owner and he decided he was tired of her and took a gun and shot her. His intent was to kill her. Bebe was very lucky because the man used a pellet gun and it hit her in the eye at an angle where it did not enter the eye socket. Her eye is permanently damaged and will never be normal. She will always have issues with it being watery. It fortunately, does not effect her health and she will live a long normal cat life! Bebe was also lucky because a neighbor witnessed the incident and managed to rescue her before the bad owner could "try again". Bebe was brought down to Last Hope where our vets took good care of her and now she is ready to find a new home where she will be safe from guns and bad people. The owner was charged with animal cruelty. She is currently in a foster home running, playing and acting like the typical young cat that she is. She loves people and gets along great with other pets. CATS: All accepted into Last Hope, a 501C, no kill rescue, are feline leukemia/FIV negative. They are current with vaccinations, wormed, & vet checked. All at 6 months are spayed/neutered! We know their personality because they live with us!
We have Adoptions every Saturday from 11-3 at the Apple Valley Petco, Burnsville Petco, and Petsmart Eagan where cats and kittens can be seen ready for permanent loving homes!
We do have many cats at the Petsmart Eagan or Burnsville Petco available to adopt anytime when the stores are open.
Can you foster? By taking litters or a cat, and come to our adoption days, to find homes, saying goodbye, we together can save more! If interested sign up to be a foster on our webpage. We have many waiting for you that are not listed!
Policy on adoptions : We do not adopt any kitten under 12 weeks to families with children under 6.
