Benson - ADOPTED Cairn Terrier Pasadena, MD

Because we are a regional organization with limited volunteers, you must be a resident of Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, Maryland, or Washington DC to adopt from us. This dog is located in a private foster home. Please complete an Adoption Application if you are interested in this dog.
Benson is the cutest and sweetest little 7-yr-old Cairn terrier you’re likely to meet.  He is full of life and joy.  He’s smart, energetic, and funny.  He loves people and gets along well with other dogs and children.  He loves going for walks and car rides.  Benson is neutered, house trained, crate trained, and up-to-date on vet care.  Speaking of vet care, Benson was recently diagnosed with canine diabetes.  It is well controlled with insulin shots, the proper food, and a good schedule.  Benson (Benny, as we call him) has gotten used to the routine and the shots and is doing very well.  His last blood and sugar panels showed that he’s healthy and should live a long and happy life with routine care. Here at Benson’s foster home we’ve really fallen for this adorable guy.  We know he’ll make a wonderful and loving companion for you!
