Meet Shirley

Shirley- a 6 mth old, 40 lb, Shepherd/Lab pup is the most amazing girl you'll ever meet. Shirley and her sister, Laverne, were found wandering, confused, and hungry. Despite their desperation they came wagging their tails when our volunteer called them to safety! Shortly after rescue, it was determined that one of Shirley's eyes was so badly injured that it had to be removed. True to her spirit- she hasn't let it get her down at all. She plays, cuddles, and runs without any issues. Both girls are sweet and playful and love to play in the water. They would love to be with an active owner who will exercise them regularly. Wouldn't your summer plans be more fun with a companion like this along? We are calling them Laverne and Shirley because we hope their future will be full of fun and happiness.
