Calvin (local as of 6-7-13) Rat Terrier Mix Brooklyn, CT

This sweet boy is Calvin:)


His mother was a rat terrier. No idea about the dad. He is about 20 lbs. Here is the sad story about his injured lip....His mom was scared by another foster dog that came in her whelping area and she turned on that dog and then in a frenzy killed three of her five puppies immediately. A sister survived for an hour and then Calvin was the only one left. He was rushed to the vet where they had to reattach his face on both sides of his nose. Part of his lip was gone. He was ice cold when the humane society got him to me and it was touch and go from there. He is very loved and such a doll. He is good with other dogs, cats, children, etc. he is almost housebroken, crate trained and loves to play with toys. He rides well in a car, is working on a leash and is fully vetted and chipped. He is 5 months old.


Calvin's adoption fee is $400. HIs adoption fee includes all his vetting, transport, microchipping and neuter.
