STEWIE IS A HEART BREAKER FOR SURE


Because Stewie was forced to live in hoarding conditions and in spite of his lack of socialization and care, he tries so hard to be brave and let himself be loved.  Stewie is that kind of dog you just want to make things better for.  


Look into his eyes.  They tell his story.  He is a diamond in the rough and when shown some compassion, melts like chocolate in your pocket.  Attention and affection are new to him where neglect and abuse were the norm.  It is almost as if he can't quite believe his life has taken a change for the better and is waiting for that painful pinch that will wake him up.


Stewie is about three years old and is in foster where he is learning about housebreaking, crate training, living with a loving family and how it feels to be a valued and important member of a home.  He gets along fine with other dogs and cats, is good with gentle children (loud crazy kids scare him) and is just a nice quiet little fellow who will give his heart and soul to you for loving him and making him feel he's important.


These pics were taken the day we picked him up and with a bath and some good nutrition, he will be a show stopper as well.  Look how he responds to being shown some affection.  It is as if he can't quite believe his luck.
