Meet Maple

Hi there--my name is Maple and I am a beautiful short hair black kitty girl. I am about three years old and came to the shelter in January of 2012. I am friendly and love to be petted. I don't have any bad habits, and I like people. I also like to keep a rather low profile, so I have found a quiet spot near the kitchen sink to hang out in. This also tends to be an advantage at feeding time, as I am right there when food and treats are being dispersed! I get along with other cats, even some of the really grumpy ones. Life here at the shelter is good and the people are kind, but I surely would love to have my very own home. If you are looking for a new friend, please think of me!
