COPPER is a gorgeous dog who has had the misfortune to live a really rough life. He was found living tied at the e nd of a boat chain for an unknown period of time...perhaps most of his life. At some point he became paralyzed but instead of seeking medical care for Copper, he was left to lie in his own waste, unable to move except to drag himself short distances. But he is now in a better place! He is receiving excellent veterinary care at Ark Animal Clinic and Rehabilitation...and little by little he is regaining the use of his back legs! Many friends have donated to his care and rehab and we truly have faith that Copper will walk again! And when that happens, he will need a kind and loving foster...or better yet a permanent family to call his own. No dog deserves that more, after what he's been through.
