Hello World!  I've been told I'm also a "star", living up to my namesakes' quote. I'm a tiny little 8 yr old girl, weighing in at only 5 lbs. I'm very quiet, gentle and a little shy, but I'm learning that there's nothing better than a nap in your lap. 
My foster mom claims I'm the "easiest" pup ever, and I suspect that's because I'm very good at using piddle pads. I also enjoy the company of other dogs. I would like a home where my new family will be home with me much of the time, as I still need reassurance and lots of love.
If I'm your girl, I promise that in a very short time, I will "twinkle" and love you forever.    Meanwhile, I'm waiting for you in Rome, GA. 
NOTE: SCMR DOES NOT adopt to homes with children under the age of 10 years or homes with Electric Fences.  
 
Out-of-state adoptions are possible; however, the approved adoptive home is responsible for making the necessary arrangements to pick up their new little one.
