Meet Mikko

Mikko is a very handsome boy with his unusual coloring, kind of a silvery chocolate. He has LOTS of energy. He loves to play and he can play kind of rough-lots of jumping and mouthing-but he thinks it's all in fun. Because of his size and energy, he probably wouldn't be the best dog to have around small children right now. He would do well in a home where he has lots of room to run, preferably with another dog with the same kind of energy, as he plays really well with some of the dogs here at the shelter.He knows his commands and would do great with someone who would take the time to work with him patiently on his manners. Once he's played off all that extra energy, he is very calm, sweet and happy to work for you.He is a very good and smart dog. Mikko is housebroke and neutered.His adoption fee is $ 75.00. Mikko has just returned to us after spending ten weeks at the Coldwater Prison Program.
