Meet Merida

Merida is a beautiful Thrianta. This is a newer breed to most of us. They are a medium-sized heavier boned looking rabbit. They are a brilliant red-orange color.

Merida originated from a breeder. The family got two bunnies and the cage mates were fighting so they separated them. Fast forward a year later and they are no longer caring for two bunnies in separate pens. Poor Meri was surrendered to our friends at Fox Valley Humane. They asked us to help them with a few bunnies so we scooped her up.

She is a sweet and quiet girl who does not mind being picked up and held. She is still settling in and we hope to see her personality blossom as she becomes comfortable in her foster home. Merida is ready to start a new life with you!
