*Look into these eyes, and  tell me that you can hurt her... You tell me that you would allow yourself as a human being to starve her, look past her as she walks down the street, disregard the bones sticking out of her, the way she walks... how her backbone is sticking out..... Tell me that you as an officer of the law, would look at this dog and not care!! not contact the appropriate people to assist... leave it with the person who has her.... and sleep at night!!

Bells is a sweet girl... an absolute doll! why she was treated in this manner just really hurts! Of coarse she was bred for her puppies... when i aksed why the $$ made on this dog was not used to assist in caring for the mom... i was told nothing useful.. only trying to find a way out of the confrontation with me that was taking place!
