My name is JACK IV! I'm a 30 pound, one year old, Tri-color Beagle. I have been to Community Animal Hospital, a full service veterinary hospital, for comprehensive vetting; Veterinarian examined, Veterinarian vaccinated, neutered, tested negative for heart worms, de-wormed and am on heartworm and flea/tick prevention. Come visit me during ADOPTER FRIENDLY HOURS: Tuesday - Saturday, 1 pm - 5 pm.
