My name is Buddy! I'm a 6 year old, 12 pound, blonde Shih Tzu. I came to The Ark No Kill Shelter because the children and I didn't get along in my previous home. I would like a home with no small children. I have been to Community Animal Hospital, a full service veterinary hospital, for comprehensive vetting. I was found to have a recently fractured mandible (jaw bone) which has been surgically repaired. I am heartworm negative, neutered, vaccinated de-wormed and on heartworm and flea/tick prevention. My fractured jaw has healed, and I am ready for adoption! I have just been to CAH for grooming and am ready for a new home. I enjoy car rides and the company of other dogs.
