Great Dane: An adopted dog in Chatham, IL

He is a 4 year old neutered Great Dane who was put in a kill shelter in CA. Since then, he has been assessed by several people and showed no signs of aggression to people or dogs. He has been rescued from the kill shelter and is waiting now in CA for his ride to IL in March. Isn't he beautiful? He will need a dane friendly home when he gets here so please apply to adopt or foster now!
Our adoption fee normally ranges from $100 - $250. However, for giant breeds, we charge $350, as they cost more to care for. The adoption fee is based on the breed of the dog, the age as well as medical expenses. Puppies, in general, will be adopted at a higher fee because we feel that we have provided you with a companion for many years with little expense to you. The adoption fee will also help our special needs dogs receive the medical care they desperately need.
