This sweet girl is Nikki, and she is looking for a special home because she is a super special dog! Nikki is a 3 year old, 65 pound, female Bull Terrier and is currently being fostered in Beaverton, OR.
Nikki was saved from a high kill shelter in Los Angeles just one day before she was to be euthanized, and it is a good thing she was saved because Nikki is one very special dog! Nikki is considered “special needs” because she is partially blind in her left eye, probably due to an abusive past according to her veterinarian. She is also currently on anti-anxiety medication in her current foster home because she has some anxiety & nervousness issues, which can either be treated with continuing the medication or training and herbal supplements, and a variety of other options.
