Petey is a sweet teddy bear! He is a quiet happy little guy who loves playing w/ a stuffed animal or just sitting on your lap. He would do well in a home with other dogs or could be happy being your main guy. Doing excellent w/ house breaking and learning to be loved for the first time in his young life. Petey was on Death Row in VA because he had a skin condition that took all his beautiful hair and no-one wanted him. Our wonderful VA Foster Mom just couldn't leave him there to die so she took him home and to the vet and now Petey is all filled out and gorgeous.


He is about 15-18 months old, neutered and UTD on shots and would love to find someone to love him forever. The perfect adopter will have a FULLY FENCED YARD, NO VERY YOUNG CHILDREN AND HAVE THE TIME AND PATIENCE TO LOVE HIM FOREVER.

THE LOCATION GIVEN IN THE DOG'S NAME IS WHERE HE or SHE IS LOCATED. Unless otherwise stated, WE DO NOT ADOPT, SHIP OR TRANSPORT OUR DOGS AWAY FROM THE AREA THEY ARE IN. WE DO NOT ADOPT TO URBAN/APARTMENT ENVIRONMENTS. WE REQUIRE FENCED YARDS (an e-fence is not a secure fence). PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MATCH WHAT WE ARE ASKING FOR.
