Because we are a regional organization with limited volunteers, you must be a resident of Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, Maryland, or Washington DC to adopt from us. This dog is located in a private foster home. Please complete an Adoption Application if you are interested in this dog.

Oscar is a handsome 8-yr-old neutered male Cairn terrier. His previous owner is elderly and can no longer give him the care he needs. Oscar is sweet and loving and LOVES to play ball or go for walks! He would love to sit on the sofa with you and watch TV or sleep in your bed. He is happy to be where ever you are. Oscar gets along with kids and other dogs. His behavior with cats is unknown.
