Dimitrios Domestic Short Hair Wyandotte, MI

Hello my name is Dimitrios. I ended up in the pound last Summer when it was really hot outside. Summer turned into Fall and then Winter and I was still there! I heard a rumor that it was because people don't adopt black cats that often! Can you believe that? I was lucky though, one of the volunteers at the pound really took a liking to me and held me every single day and now, I LOVE to sit on a warm lap.

One day, this really nice lady came in from Shelter to Home and asked the volunteers who had been there the longest because she wanted to give that cat a chance! And do you know who that was, me! So now, I am in my foster home with other foster cats and my foster parent's dogs too! I just love my new friends. I am an easy going fella and absolutely love Buddy (he is my foster dads Black Lab and he loves me back!).  I think it's time for me to find my forever home... I love it here but I REALLY need my own human to spoil with my purrs and head butts...  :)
