Annie's deep orange tabby coat is very striking, and her eyes seem to search your soul. Although we consider her a senior kitty, don’t tell her that. She still enjoys playing, especially with the laser pointer and catnip stuffed toys. What she really loves, though, is attention from her humans. Being brushed, petted and held are her favorite things and, when she sits in your lap, she is in heaven and lets you know by her happy purring.
Annie has been described as playful, curious, active, easy going, friendly and affectionate. We feel she may enjoy a family with children, but please--no other cats or dogs. Annie also enjoys her food a bit too much. She should lose 2 or 3 pounds, and her new family should be prepared to help her do just that my monitoring her food and giving lots of play and exercise time.
